Eileen Bowen brings over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development to her role as Operations Manager at Pinnacle Private Wealth Advisors. With a deep background in employee development and organizational design, Eileen is passionate about creating meaningful client experiences and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and understanding.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Western Washington University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
Originally from Seattle, Eileen now enjoys life in the Pacific Northwest with her two elementary-aged children. Whether hiking, skiing, or discovering hidden gems in the region, she finds inspiration in the outdoors and the vibrant communities around her.
